Thanks so much for your interest in volunteering. Me-N-Mommy is not possible without the help of our volunteers. We need individuals to help make this event run smoothly, efficient, and on time. Take a look and see if you can help out. You will volunteer a total of 6 hours during the event...a four hour shift and then 2 hours to help break the sale down on Saturday night.

If you volunteer you will be able to come and shop 1hour before the consignor's shop...that's right...for your efforts you get to shop first.

Moms who volunteer love it and continue to volunteer sale after sale. See the ladies of the Grenada Sale who volunteered so they could shop first. Be one of the first to shop the Southaven Spring/Summer Sale!!!

New Volunteer Incentive:

  If you volunteer 15 hours during the event you will have a chance to earn more profit for your assistance . PLus shop early from 4pm-9pm!!!

Remember that all volunteers come back on Saturday from 6pm-8pm to help with breakdown.

SHOPPING TIMES FOR VOLUNTEERS:

   4pm-9pm for the 15 hour plus volunteers

    5pm-9pm for the 4 hour volunteers

The Following shifts are available:

Tuesday       11am-3pm ...set up                             3 positions

Tuesday      4pm-8pm  clothing drop off, during this shift you will help check in clothing and other items.                                                       4 positions

Wednesday    4pm-8pm  clothing drop off              4 positions

Thursday    noon-4pm...set up for the Pre-sale       4 positions

  ....         6pm-10pm...help with check out during the pre-sale..

                             taking off tags, etc.   4 positions

Friday       9am-1pm    1pm-5pm    3pm-7pm            4 positions each

Saturday       9am-1pm    1pm-5pm                       4 positions each                                                              

                  6pm-8pm everyone returns to help breakdown the sale.

We are also looking for volunteers to help with Advertising, Newpaper or T.V. Coverage. If you or if you  know someone who can provide these services for us then you can use this as your volunteer service and get to shop the volunteer pre-sale.

We also, need help with meals during the sale...we are taking gift certificates from local restaurants. Please email Melissa@Me-N-Mommy.com if you are interested in providing this service.
